How long before you can fill my prescription?

Obtaining a Prior authorization (PA) is a common requirement for many specialty medications to ensure coverage by your insurance plan. It involves your healthcare provider submitting additional information to your insurance company or pharmacy benefit manager to justify the need for the medication. Although the average processing time for a PA is approximately 10 days, our team is committed to expediting the process as much as possible. Once approved, we will coordinate with you to schedule prompt delivery, and coverage will be determined based on your specific plan. We are dedicated to getting your essential medications to you as quickly as possible.

Do you accept my insurance?

We work with various insurance plans to provide coverage for our services. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with insurance matters, and we will work closely with you and your insurance provider to ensure a smooth and efficient coverage process.

How does my medication arrive?

We have established streamlined processes and a robust supply chain management system to ensure that your medications reach you promptly, allowing for uninterrupted therapy and peace of mind. Medications are shipped next-day air in temperature controlled packaging to ensure quality and consistency.

Do you coordinate with financial assistance programs for patients?

We understand the financial challenges that can come with specialty medications. We work with financial assistance programs, manufacturer copay cards, and other options to help you access the medications you need at an affordable cost. Our team will guide you through the available resources and help find the best solution for you.

What happens if I need assistance outside of regular business hours?
